Documentation needed when applying:
- Paystubs (4 weeks) for all financially responsible applicants
- Bank Statements if you are self employed or been on your job less than a year
- Identification & SS Number
- If you are not a US citizen a green card, student or work visa
- Job History
- Rental History
Applications must be submitted for everyone 18 years of age or older. A $55 per person application fee is required.
Information required:
- Who will be residing in the unit - including children
- Pet information - 2 pets limit - breed and weight restrictions do apply
- Proof of up-to-date vaccinations are required
- Photo of your pets
- Pet deposits are required along with a monthly pet rent/per pet
Requirements:
- Security Deposit - we offer low deposit options such as Obligo to those that qualify.
- A guarantor if you do not meet company screening criteria - We offer a program through OneApp that helps build your credit for those that qualify.
- Tenant Liability Insurance in the amount of $100,000 or more must be presented prior to move in.
